Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1999
• Standard shipping charges apply below the minimum threshold

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes once opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged / Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing video and images as proof

After verification, we will:

✔ Replace the product, OR
✔ Issue a refund (as applicable)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Product must be unused
• Original packaging must be intact
• No physical damage caused by misuse

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
